Courtice Home Healthcare is committed to providing accessible products and services to all customers, including persons with disabilities. As an Ontario-based business, we comply with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

- We provide information in accessible formats upon request
- We offer email as an alternative to telephone where needed
3. Assistive Devices
- Our store is accessible to customers using assistive devices
- Staff are familiar with assistive devices and trained to assist customers who use them
- As a medical supply provider, we carry a wide range of mobility aids and assistive equipment
4. Service Animals
- We welcome customers with disabilities who are accompanied by a service animal
- Service animals are permitted in all areas of our store open to the public
5. Support Persons
- Customers with disabilities accompanied by a support person are always welcome
- Support persons will never be prevented from accompanying a customer in our store
6. Website Accessibility
We strive to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards including:
- Alternative text for images
- Sufficient color contrast for readability
- Keyboard-accessible functionality
- Clear and consistent navigation
7. Staff Training
All staff receive training on:
- The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005
- How to interact with people with various types of disabilities
- How to assist customers using assistive devices, service animals, or support persons
