FAQs

Common Questions About Our Services

1

Do you offer same-day availability on products and services?

Yes. Most of our products are available in-store on the same day. If an item is not in stock, we will do our best to source it for you by the next business day. Call ahead to confirm availability on specific items — +1 (905) 721-0004.
2

Do I need a prescription to purchase medical equipment or compression garments?

Most products do not require a prescription for purchase. However, if you are applying for ADP (Assistive Devices Program) funding or require higher compression levels (20–30 mmHg and above), a healthcare provider's authorization will be needed. Our team can guide you through what is required for your specific situation.
3

Do you offer direct billing for insurance, WSIB, or Veterans Affairs?

Yes. We offer direct billing with Green Shield Canada and support claims through WSIB and Veterans Affairs Canada. Bring your insurance information when you visit and our team will handle the billing process on your behalf.
4

Can I rent equipment instead of buying?

Absolutely. We offer flexible rental options on a range of equipment including hospital beds, breast pumps, wheelchairs, walkers, and more. Rentals are ideal for short-term recovery or temporary needs. Call us to check availability and discuss rental periods and rates.
5

How do I book a compression fitting or brace assessment?

Simply call us at +1 (905) 721-0004 or visit us in-store at 1423 King St E Unit 5, Courtice. No formal appointment is needed — walk-ins are welcome. Our trained staff will measure, assess, and recommend the right garment or support for your needs.
6

Are you an ADP authorized vendor in Ontario?

Yes. We are an ADP (Assistive Devices Program) authorized vendor in Ontario. This allows eligible customers to access approved mobility and assistive devices through ADP funding. Our team can help explain eligibility and required documentation.
