Courtice Home Healthcare is committed to delivering your medical supplies and equipment safely, reliably, and as quickly as possible. This policy outlines our shipping and delivery options, timelines, and procedures.

1. Where We Ship

  • We currently ship to all provinces across Canada
  • Local delivery is available within the Durham Region and surrounding areas in Ontario
  • In-store pickup is available at 1423 King St E, Unit 5, Courtice, ON during business hours
  • We do not currently ship internationally

2. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of placement, subject to product availability
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped

3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (Canada Post Expedited)

  • Estimated delivery: 3-9 business days from shipment date
  • Available across Canada

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days from shipment date
  • Available in select provinces — please contact us to confirm availability

Local Delivery (Durham Region)

  • Same-day or next-day delivery available within the Durham Region
  • Please contact us directly to arrange local delivery
  • Additional delivery fees may apply depending on location

In-Store Pickup

  • Free — available during regular business hours
  • Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm | Saturday 11 am–2 pm
  • You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a product return unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
  • You can track your shipment directly on the Canada Post website or the applicable courier website
  • If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us

6. Delivery Delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed
  • Delays may occur due to high-volume periods, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions
  • Courtice Home Healthcare is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers
  • If your order has not arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately

7. Large and Custom Orders

  • Large items such as hospital beds, lift chairs, and power wheelchairs may require special delivery arrangements
  • Custom or special-order items may take 2-4 weeks to process and ship
  • We will contact you to arrange delivery for large or custom items
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for large items

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some items may be restricted to certain shipping methods due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements
  • Certain products containing aerosols or alcohol-based ingredients must be shipped via standard ground shipping only
  • We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain remote locations

9. Missing or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed lost or damaged shipments

10. ADP and Insurance Orders

  • Orders funded through ADP Ontario or direct insurance billing may have specific delivery requirements
  • Please contact us to discuss delivery arrangements for ADP or insurance-funded equipment
