- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as rented, normal wear and tear excepted
- Late returns will incur additional rental charges

- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original, unused condition
- Items that contact skin directly cannot be returned once the seal is broken
- Custom-fitted or special-order items are non-returnable
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
